
Of course we aren’t saying that Giveaways are passe! No no no! We still love giveaways, but this time we have listened to our readers and listened to our hearts and decided to do a Silent Auction of all of the gorgeous items that the Clever People from the Clever People Challenge have created this year.

Handmade Kids is a supporter of Autism Association of WA as autism is close to our hearts. We thought that our generous, kind and gorgeous (yes, we are trying to suck you in!) readers would love to (silently) bid on our Clever People Challenge goodies and the entire proceeds will go to this wonderful cause.
What am I bidding on
You can bid on one, a few, or all of the following:

Pack 1 – Skookum for Kids delightful baby set. Featuring a skirt with attached ruffle bloomers, co-ordinating singlet and bird softie, it is a sweet summery set. I just love the bloomers with the skirt over the top. Outfit is a size 000. Click here to view.

Pack 2 – Poppy Bean & Bloss gorgeous play mat. With a cute mushroom house on the front, it folds up and ties into a handy size so it can be packed away or taken along to any adventures you may have. Click here to view.

Pack 3 – My One Brown Mouse have created a gorgeous blue and brown baby hat and a matching giraffe rattle. Click here to view.

Pack 4 – Bubba Chenille has created wonderful trademark chenille pants. With cute tassles, fabric pocket, fabric ruffles and extra embellishments, they certainly are a candy pink treat. Pack 5 – Oopsidaisi has created a soft denim tunic which has been embellished with divine detailing of felt flowers and bird all stitched onto the tunic. Green pom pom trim around the sleeves makes the tunic really stand out and brings fabulous colourig to it. Size 1 Click here to view.

Pack 6 – Please Eloise from gorgeous vibrant orange floral fabric, Kate has created an adorable girls elastic skirt, matching bandanna and hair accessories. The colour combination of the snap clips is really stunning. Skirt is a size 1. Click here to view.

How do I bid
Send an email to AUCTION.
In the subject line, please indicate the Pack number you are bidding on and the amount you are bidding on.
Bidding starts at $5.00 on every item and postage is free!
Bidding closes midnight (WA Time), Friday 18th June 2010.
The winner of the auction will be contacted via email and announced on the blog. Payment will be made to Handmade Kids via direct deposit or paypal. Once all payments are received entire proceeds of funds paid to the Autism Association of WA.
By sending in a bid you are committing to purchase the items if you are the highest bidder. DO NOT bid if you have no intention of paying if you should win.
To make things juicy, you can follow our Facebook Fan Page where the HMK CEO will be letting slip a few clues every now and again to let you know if you are in the ball park.
