Of all the things I wish for my children (with the exception of health, happiness, etc…) – I wish for them to have a vivid imagination. I want them to dream in colours, create their own universe and come up with new ideas!
So when I checked out the Bubba Bling site a while ago, I went crazy looking at all the bright and gorgeous things for babies and kids. There are so many great products by a zillion different brands.
Today I have focussed on all the bright stuff but it’s not all pinks, reds and oranges, there are neutral colour themes and some beautiful organic and wooden products – something for everyone.
I hope Bubba Bling inspires you as it has me – to think outside the nursery box and have a bit of fun!

The kids are sick! Urgh it is horrible. We suspect it is the dreaded Swine Flu, as we have come into contact with someone who has had it confirmed, but anyway, enough about our failing health and time for some Swine Flu inspiration.
Nope it is not tissues and flu remedies, it is a tribute to the swine himself, some cute piggy finds.

Next week it is my son’s 6th Birthday so this year we are having a small party for him.
When asking him what he would like to do, he promptly announced he wanted a fairy party (he had been to one the day before for a little girl). Eventually I managed to talk him out of that and we are settled on a sports theme. Which reminds me I still can’t find some cricket figurines to decorate his cake.
So today’s inspiration is a few things birthday related.

Who doesn’t love gorgeous paper and paper designs? Every time I receive a lovely invitation or baby announcement card I have an “awwwwhhh” moment. Fairy Dust has given me plenty of those moments.
Fairy Dust is the home of stylish stationary. I just love Toni’s colour choices and funky modern designs. Her party inspiration section makes me want to pretend I have a little girl and throw a pink and green party.
