For those of us in the southern hemisphere, you know that summer is nearly here when:

• Christmas decorations are everywhere in the shops (and it makes you feel slightly nauseous)
• Radio stations start announcing that it is only 72 days until Christmas
• Your children start adding to their already monumental Christmas wish-list, especially in loud whingy voices in department stores
• You start to think about getting in shape for bathers, and then you reach for the biscuit tin (or possibly that is just me!)
• Some boy band releases a CD of soppy Christmas Carols in a desperate bid to win the over 55 female audience.

Well, let’s not think about that just yet! Let’s have a gander at lovely summer things and maybe put a bottle of vino in the fridge!  That’ll make everything okay!
