Prize 5. Mad West Designs

giveaway

Marie’s dad taught her to knit when she was about 7 years old, back then it was a necessity rather than a hobby for her. Socks and jumpers were the order of the day, there were no pretty cables or lace patterns the designs were plain and serviceable. These were the quickest to knit when there were 6 children.  Marie continued to knit when it was no longer fashionable to do so, with now people saying  “I didn’t know you did that”. Times have changed you are no longer laughed at when you say you knit, crochet, sew and do other crafty things. Find Mad West Designs at www.madwestdesigns.etsy.com. Marie also caters for custom work.

Marie had kindly donated a child’s Spiral Crochet scarf measuring appox 1.3mt in length. Crocheted in 5ply 100% pure wool, and is Almond (off white) in colour. Designed and made by Mad West Designs with the little princess in mind who wants one just likes mum’s.

Remember to come back each day for details on all 8 prize packs up for grabs, take note and be ready to enter on Thurday 8th September.
