Little Bird Decor would be our saviour to our newly born son’s room, which is currently the study/clutter room. He’s in a little spot in the corner, where one day soon he will be big enough to move into a cot and we will have to declutter and turn his room into a really lovely boy’s room.

This dress would certainly get noticed, that’s for sure! Oh,and turquoise is one of my fave colours atm. 🙂

    Little bird decor

Every little boy loves big trucks, noisy trains, tooting cars and moving tractors. My boy plays to his hearts continent with automobiles and this sheet set takes the magic of play from the toy room to the bedroom! Sweet dreams for all i say!

In something that hasn’t already been used

Something that hasn’t already been worn
By her two older sisters before she was born
Something worthy for all to see
Something pretty from Bee and Me

    Bee and me
    its easy to see
the cutest little frock in town

  • Lizzie 10 September 2011 at 6:10 PM

It always seems that when mothers go on maternity leave they somehow develop unparalleled creative talent & begin ‘whipping up’ gorgeous little frocks, or blankets with their childs name on them…

I’ve tried my hand at poorly designed wall art, an abysmal renovation of a toy box, and screen printing t-shirts with bad puns eg ‘Grumplestiltskin’ & ‘Forrest Grump’.

For the love of God, please let me win something so that my child won’t have to suffer the atrocity that is my ‘art’…

  • Katherine 12 September 2011 at 8:07 AM

Being daughter number 2 means my poor little kitten, doesn’t often get something new. To win a three kittens outfit would just make my little kittens day.

  • Kate O'Sullivan 12 September 2011 at 3:13 PM

Our little boys room is decked out in generic baby style as we didn’t know whether he was a boy or a girl before he arrived. The Little Bird Decor would bring some very boyish style to his room.

Soon begins the time when I must madly scramble to buy fabulous Christmas presents for my nephews and neices and whatever does one buy those kiddies who have lots? • Paula 12 September 2011 at 4:29 PM

Once upon a time Bee and Me went for a lovely walk to the Mad West in the lovely Little Ray of sun that came out after a wet winter. Upon the way we met Three Kittens named Mahlima, Anatolia and Ava Grace. They were sad as they were looking for their Little Bird. So we told them to check out HANDMADE KIDS and they’ll find everything they’re looking for!

I’d like to win any prize, I am not picky =) I am loving all of these pages, LOVELY items 🙂

  • Kylie Haig-Falconer 12 September 2011 at 4:54 PM

So in the gorgeous Bee and Me dress she would look more scrumptious than a homemade apple pie.
“Mummy I want to wear a dress” is the latest saying that gets yelled to me,
So this divine falling leaves dress would make little miss 3 smile and shout “YIPPEE”.

I would like to win Little Bird Decor b/c we are fixing to do my 6 month old daugther’s nursery. She’s been in our room since she was born. We were going to do the hand-me-down from her 6 year old sister thing and use her old decor but it would be great if Mackenzie could have her very own, really cool, new decorations. Thanks!!

  • Caprice 14 September 2011 at 10:28 AM

    It’s a Tea Party!
    Date: 15th September
    Time: 10am
    Place: Toy Room
    Wear: Something cute and playful

The dilemma has already started, what to wear? Something to match the ribbons in the hair? Can’t wear the same as she did last week, teddy will know and she can’t be seen wearing the same outfit as dolly. Hopefully Three Kittens will save her from a wardrobe disaster!

why it only makes sence….i read this to my daughter every night before she goes to sleep, and several times during the day! its her fav!what better outfit to be wearing as we snuggle whilst i read her fave poem….( 3 kittens please!)

The three little kittens, they lost their mittens,
    And they began to cry,
“Oh, mother dear, we sadly fear,
That we have lost our mittens.”
“What! Lost your mittens, you naughty kittens!
Then you shall have no pie.”
    “Meow, meow, meow.”
“Then you shall have no pie.”

The three little kittens, they found their mittens,
    And they began to cry,
“Oh, mother dear, see here, see here,
For we have found our mittens.”
“Put on your mittens, you silly kittens,
And you shall have some pie.”
    “Purr, purr, purr,
Oh, let us have some pie.”

The three little kittens put on their mittens,
And soon ate up the pie,
“Oh, mother dear, we greatly fear,
That we have soiled our mittens.”
“What, soiled your mittens, you naughty kittens!”
    Then they began to sigh,
    “Meow, meow, meow,”
    Then they began to sigh.

The three little kittens, they washed their mittens,
And hung them out to dry,
“Oh, mother dear, do you not hear,
That we have washed our mittens?”
“What, washed your mittens, then you’re good kittens,
But I smell a rat close by.”
    “Meow, meow, meow,
We smell a rat close by.”

    good luck to everyone!:)

  • Alison McCarney 14 September 2011 at 12:22 PM

The set of Anatolia ABC Magnets belong in my home. Why? Well, they’re pretty, so that’s reason number one. But, more importantly, my 14-month-old daughter was born to two grammarphile parents, and as such, it is imperative that she learns how to correctly arrange letters now. No child of mine will go through life not knowing how to spell, use punctuation, or construct a sentence correctly!

And she may as well learn from some aesthetically pleasing magnets.

  • Renelle Garvin 14 September 2011 at 1:18 PM

  • Natalie B 14 September 2011 at 2:17 PM

Emerging from the cold of a Granite Belt winter, I pack away my scarves and jackets. As I put away my daughter’s size 0 outfits, I am painfully aware that she will never need these tiny, gorgeous clothes again. Next winter my little princess will be 18 months old, and will most likely be beginning to want to choose what she wears. Will she want to dress like her Mum? I wonder.. If she does want to don a scarf too, in her Spiral Crochet scarf by Mad West Designs, she would probably be trendier than her Mum!

  • Cassie Ashley 14 September 2011 at 2:18 PM

A warm cosy scarf is what I want most
To keep my neck as warm as toast
I’d put it away for next winter and then..
Wait til it’s cold and I can wear it again
So that is the prize that I like best
The gorgeous scarf by the lovely Mad West

My little boy would love to sleep,
On ‘Little Bird Decor’ Big Wheels cot sheet.
Sweet dreaming of digging and ploughing the ground would be done,
feeding animals and getting muddy, which is his idea of fun.
This sheet set would look great in his room,
a place to sleep and for pretend machines to go bbrroom!!!

To keep warm and stylish in the colder season,
my daughter would love a crochet scarf from Madwestdesigns and that is my reason!
Who can resist the soft almond colour and how it curls and twirls,
this scarf is a perfect accessory for any girl.

‘Bee and Me’ you have loads of entries from adoring fans but I still feel that I should put my hand up really HIGH for a chance to win your lovely dress. I have enjoyed viewing your work on your facebook page and I like your funky and fun designs for boys and girls. I think your Falling Leaves dress is a real winner, so versatile for different seasons and a print that would compliment any girl. Thanks for a chance and it was nice to meet you through Handmade Kids too x

In which to twirl and impress.

Ma petite fille ressemblerait à un petit chaton dans cet ensemble doux!
Do I speak French? Nah I only speak fluent Stralian, but everything looks good in French.. (could have something to do with little kitten):)
